We invest in dynamic and ambitious founder-led technology companies across the UK, Ireland and other European countries typically investing £10 million to £25 million, usually for a minority shareholding.  We have strong sector knowledge and business building experience and bring the skill and industry network to add value to the companies we invest in. We invest responsibly and are a signatory of the UNPRI.  We believe that by taking a responsible, long-term approach to investment and by understanding and managing risk we can create value for our investors and the companies we invest in while also benefitting society more broadly. We have developed our own bespoke responsible investment framework which is enabling us to consider environmental, social and governance themes across the investment lifecycle from initial analysis and due diligence right through to active ownership and eventual exit.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to bolster our team at Associate level.  There is flexibility over a Glasgow or London base for this role. You will work alongside our experienced investment team to identify and assess technology growth equity opportunities and engage regularly and meaningfully with founders and management teams to help grow and internationalise businesses. Travel across the UK and in Europe forms an essential part of the role.

Candidates must obtain strong financial and commercial acumen but, also portray the right attributes to be successful in such an entrepreneurial, collaborative and dynamic environment. You must be a self-starter, energetic and have a genuine passion for technology whilst, possessing the highest standards of business ethics.
